It shall be the policy of the Rho Sigma Lambda Foundation (RSLF) to make monetary contributions in a manner consistent with the Organization’s By-Laws and the guidance found in the Internal Revenue Code related to non-profit organizations under the provisions of IRS 501(c)3.

1. Funds may be requested by organizations/individuals for community and/or school activities in the five (5) categories described following in the Mission Statement of RSLF, which is: to enhance and supplement academic initiatives and educational scholarships.

2. Request for financial support must be submitted in writing.

3. Applicants may be invited by the Foundation Board to make oral presentations in support of their cause.

4. Applicants will be notified in writing of the decision of the Board.

5. Funds must be used for the purposes outlined in this request, or the funds will be required to be returned to the Foundation.

6. The Board retains the right to approve or deny any request for funds for any reason.
